Elected Executive Board for 2024-2025

Co-President:
Pat Crawley |
Pat has served on the Executive Board in many positions over the last
seven years including President, First Vice President, Secretary, and
is now serving as co-second Vice President. Pat also has a strong business background, working for the Department of Treasury
(IRS), working with Tax Exempt and Government entities for 25 years.
She has the experience and knowledge to mentor her co-president and to
secure an experienced line of succession. |

Co-President: Diane Trowbridge
|
Diane brings to this position a wealth of management experience from
her career as Rehab Director of a hospital. In retirement, Diane has
been active in her HOA and in her church. As a member of CHWC, Diane
has served on several committees but most recently as the chair of the
Bake Sale and the Lunch Bunch. Diane looks forward to taking on the
position of Co-President to support the work CHWC does in the
community |

1st Vice President: Debby
Blackie |
Debby’s business background as a managing director of a team of
employees has resulted in a strong leadership background. Debby was
co-chair of the membership committee and was co-chair of the 2024
Fashion Shoe. Being on the Spring and Fall Mah Jongg committee, as
well as on the Bake Sale committee, has given Debby a good
understanding of the workings for the fundraising committee. |

Co-2nd Vice President: Diane Edwards
|
You may know Diane as our past CHWC Treasurer but in
addition to having served in this position, she has also served as
second Vie President in prior years. Her experience has prepared
her to take charge of luncheon menus and reservations. Diane is
currently chairing the 2024 Fall Mah Jongg tournament and has
previously worked on the golf and dance committees. Diane is the
liaison to CASA and serves on the Community and Charity committee.

Co-2nd Vice President: Gail Bockiaro
Gail is a long-time member of our county and is interested in making
our community a better place for all. She has demonstrated her
interests in supporting the children of Citrus County by being on the
board of Blessings. In the CHWC, she is currently a member of the
Scholarship Committee and as well as the Community and Charities
Committee. She has also served as an officer of her two golf
associations. Gail is looking forward to being an active board member
and making a positive difference by being part of the leadership team.

Co-Secretary: Del Gillispie
Del is eager
to serve as co-secretary - drawing upon her strong organizational
skills and effective communication abilities.
With
a background in the sciences and proficiency in technology, Del brings
valuable assets to the position. She has actively was the
chairperson of the 2024 Fashion Show and previously served on
committees for the Dinner Dance, Golf Tournament and Mah Jongg
Tournament. Del expresses her commitment to fostering a positive
and cohesive culture within the CHWC club.

Co-Secretary: Marta Iler
Marta has been an active member of CHWC since joining the
club in 2014 and looks forward to serving on the Executive Board.
Marta has demonstrated her communication and organizational skills as
editor of the Newsletter, has been Membership Chair, produced the
directory for several years and developed the Web Site. Marta is
currently the chair of the Electronic Media Group. Marta has a strong
background in communication, organization and education. Marta has
been an Associate Professor for 23 years for the University of
Maryland Global Campus and continues to teach Ethics in IT, Computer
Technology and Business Law.

Co-Treasurer: Deborah St. Martin
Before moving to Florida, Deborah owned her own tax practice and as a
result has the experience and expertise that will be invaluable to the
CHWC. She is an Enrolled Agent and retired professional tax
consultant and experience with 501(c)3 organizations. She has served
on several charitable and civic Boards. Since joini8ng the CHWC,
she has served on several committees and was co-chair of hospitality.
Deborah states "The mission of the CHWC is consistent with my personal
beliefs and goals of giving back to the community in which you live."

Co-Treasurer: Barbara Pankosky
Barbara brings good people and organizational skills from her
professional experience in contract and data management to the
position of Co-Treasurer. She met Deborah St. Martin on the finance
committee of their HOA. While working together, they quickly learned
that they make a good team. Barbara states, “I would like to
offer my services to the Citrus Hills Women’s Club and hope that by
doing so I can help make it stronger and better.”

Our
Club was established in 1986 and is dedicated to charitable efforts
throughout Citrus County and to educational programs. Members work together
in a spirit of friendship for the betterment of the community and to help
each other. Citrus Hills Women's Club, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not for profit
public charity. |
