Trip Policy The CHWC collects fees for various bus trips and fund-raising activities throughout the year. Payment for such is due when a member signs-up to attend the event or activity. Because of administrative costs and pre-payments due to vendors, the club is unable to issue a refund should a member have to cancel their reservation. Therefore, we suggest the following as an alternative. Should there be a waiting list, the member can ask the activity/event coordinator for a name from them. the waiting list. The member can then call that person and arrange to get payment directly from them. |
