Co-President: Diane
Trowbridge Diane brings to this position a wealth of management experience from her career as Rehab Director of a hospital. In retirement, Diane has been active in her HOA and in her church. As a member of CHWC, Diane has served on several committees but most recently as the chair of the Bake Sale and the Lunch Bunch. Diane looks forward to taking on the position of Co-President to support the work CHWC does in the community.

Co-President: Del Gillispie Del Gillispie has been an active member of the CHWC since 2024. With an accomplished career in medical scientific research, international education and decades of volunteer leadership, Del also brings a wealth of experience in fundraising, program development, and community engagement. Her career in higher education and STEM initiatives has shaped her strategic approach to planning and organizing events. In 2024, Del chaired the Fashion Show fundraising committee and has contributed her talents to multiple club committees. She has served as the Co-Secretary in the 2024 - 2025 year. Serving as Co-President for the 2025 - 2026 year, Del remains dedicated to advancing the club's message - supporting local charities, granting student scholarships and fostering the continued growth of the CHWC. Del looks forward t collaborating with other members of the CHWC to build on past successes and continue the clubs impact on the Citrus Hills communities. |

Co-1st President:
Madonna Ray c 2016. Since joining she has served on the Fashion Show committee, the Hospitality Committee and Adopt a Child program. As an educator for thirty two years she has strong interpersonal skills and astute time management skills. Accepting this VP position she will work collaboratively and diligently to “give back” to our Citrus Hills community.

Co-2nd Vice President: Diane Edwards
You may know Diane as our past CHWC Treasurer but i addition she has served as 2nd Vice-President in prior years. Her experience has prepared her to take charge of luncheon menus plus being Chair for the 2024 Fall Mah Jongg Tournament, Diane is the liaison to CASA and serves on the Community and Charity committee.

Co-2nd Vice President: Gail Bockiaro Gail is a long-time member of our county and is interested in making our community a better place for all. She has demonstrated her interests in supporting the children of Citrus County by being on the board of Blessings. In the CHWC, she is currently a member of the Scholarship Committee and as well as the Community and Charities Committee. She has also served as an officer of her two golf associations. Gail is looking forward to being an active board member and making a positive difference by being part of the leadership team.

Co-Secretary: Marta Iler Marta has been a member of the CHWC since 2014 and looks forward to serving as Co-Secretary in her 2nd year. Marta has communication and organizational skills that she brought with her as a Division Director inside of classified Agencies. Marta has served as membership chair and currently as the Electronic Media Chair, Marta continues to teach online at the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) as a Associate Professor in the areas of Business Law, Ethics in IT and Computer Technology. |

Co-Secretary: Marcia Schenker
Marcia has been a member of the CHWC since 2016, a member of the Scholarship Committee since 2017, and Co-Chair of the Scholarship Committee since 2018. She has served on the Winter Dance Fundraiser Committee and Casino Night every year since joining, as well as on the Fashion Show Committee for the past two years, where she enjoyed planning, decorating, fundraising and being part of a team. Marcia served as CHWC Co-Secretary from 2022-2024. Before she retired and became part of the CHWC, Marcia was a high school teacher and then an educational leader and consultant in New York and Connecticut. She is an accomplished writer with a long resume of positions which always included formal writing tasks. Marcia wrote and edited major curriculum documents, formal evaluation reports and contributed to many local publications. She wrote an application for her school district that won the U.S. Department of Education Blue Ribbon Award. Marcia’s leadership skills, attention to detail and organizational skills make her an excellent candidate for the position of Co-Secretary and to be a part of the CHWC Executive Board.

Co-Treasurer: Barbara Pankosky
Barbara brings good people and organizational skill from her professional experience in contract and data management to the position of Co-Treasurer. Barbara states "I want to offer my services to the Citrus Hills Women's Club and hope by doing so make the club stronger and better. |
